IT'S A CRUSH...
The project started by passion, when we got a crush for bikepacking. The focus was to make the best bags on the market. No more. No less. As the project moved on, the collection was growing to a full set of 9 different bikepacking bags all waterproof and lightweight. The crush and the passion have been the focus, as seen in the video when the riders gets hit by the crush when crashing into each other on their epic western style ride.
Waterproof & Sturdy
The welded, seamless construction and the Diamond Ripstop fabric make the bags waterproof and durable in all conditions.
Super Lightweight
We know the importance of remaining lightweight on the bike, so we made sure that our bags were unbeatable when it comes to low weight and performance.
No Dancing Monkey
We merged Giant Loops (sister company for motorcycle luggage) innovative way of securing luggage to motorbikes with our No Dancing Monkey™ system to attach bags to the bike frame with absolutely 0% bounce. Just as our packs.
Our journey started with designing a backpack like no other. The 4-point attachment system with the buckle in the middle forms a cross on the chest. For us everything started with the backpack and No Dancing Monkey™. Now we are taking the X to other areas.
To be able to transfer the No Dancing Monkey tech that makes our packs completely bounce free to the bike frame, we had to learn from the best. So we took the knowledge from the inventor of the soft luggage bags for moto, and who still makes the best bags on the market, Giant Loop.
USWE Bikepacking Bags are designed to cater to different types of storage needs for bikepackers, ensuring that every essential item has a dedicated, secure space. Here's a breakdown of the common types of bikepacking bags and their specific use cases:
1. Frame Bags
- Description: Frame bags fit snugly within the triangle of your bike’s frame, making the most of unused space. They come in various sizes depending on your bike’s geometry.
- Usage: Ideal for storing heavier, bulkier items such as tools, spare parts, food, and gear that need to stay secure and centered for balance. They provide easy access to essentials without disturbing the bike’s aerodynamics.
2. Handlebar Packs
- Description: These are mounted across your handlebars and often come in a cylindrical shape. They offer accessible storage for lightweight gear.
- Usage: Best for stowing sleeping bags, tents, or jackets. Handlebar packs are perfect for lightweight, compressible items and are a great choice for overnight trips or long-distance touring.
3. Saddle Packs
- Description: Also known as seat packs, these bags attach beneath the saddle and extend along the seat post. They can vary in size and capacity.
- Usage: Used for carrying medium to lightweight gear, such as extra clothes, snacks, or compact camping supplies. Saddle packs are a great alternative to traditional panniers, providing ample storage without adding a rack.
4. Top Tube Bags
- Description: These small bags sit on top of the bike’s top tube, usually near the stem, offering easy access to essentials while riding.
- Usage: Perfect for storing quick-access items like snacks, maps, a phone, or GPS. Top tube bags allow you to reach frequently needed items without dismounting.
5. Fork Bags
- Description: Fork bags are attached to the bike’s front fork, either through straps or dedicated mounts. These are often cylindrical and lightweight.
- Usage: Ideal for carrying water bottles, small gear, or additional food. They are often used by long-distance riders who need to maximize their bike’s carrying capacity.
6. Stem Bags
- Description: These small pouches attach to the stem and handlebars, usually for one-handed access while riding.
- Usage: Great for holding small snacks, a camera, or a water bottle. Stem bags keep items handy during short breaks or while riding.
Usage Cases for USWE Bikepacking Bags:
- Long-Distance Touring: Frame bags and handlebar packs offer essential storage for gear, food, and spare parts, ensuring you’re prepared for multi-day adventures.

- Off-Road and Gravel Riding: For rougher terrain, frame and top tube bags keep your bike balanced and accessible without adding excess bulk.
