To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- Returned Product must be in new and unworn condition and in original packaging.
- All accessories and tags originally included with your product must be included with your return.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to start a return or replacement?
- Contact us at email@example.com and refer to your order number in your communication with us. Please also let us know if you would like to return for a refund or exchange.
- If return policy conditions are met we will send you a return instruction where and how to ship the package back.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the wrong product was sent or product arrived damaged. Also, if any coupon code was used during checkout, the value of that coupon may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return shipping costs
- If the return reason is “doesn't fit” or “changed my mind” you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you have received damage or wrong item, please contact us immediately! We will cover shipping costs and will ship correct item if needed.
If you wish to exchange to another item (e.g. a different design), please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and in some cases additional shipping charges may be applied to sending out the exchanged item to you (shipping charges vary according to the selected method of delivery).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you've changed your mind about an order you've just made, you can request that it's canceled as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel your order – but once you receive your item you can follow our Returns Policy.
